Auto Feeding Textile Laser Cutting Machine Maintenance
CO2 automatic feeding laser cutting machines also require regular maintenance. Proper daily maintenance can ensure the normal operation of the cutting machine and extend its service life. This includes cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and replacement of parts.
1. Regularly clean both the external and internal components of the laser cutting machine, including belts, gears, and stainless steel mesh belts on the automatic feeding platform. Use a soft cloth or cotton cloth to gently wipe the surface, avoiding rough items or corrosive solvents. For cleaning the lenses, use a lint-free tissue or ultra-fine fiber cloth with high-concentration anhydrous alcohol to remove grease and dirt. It's important to regularly clean the high-voltage end of the laser tube to prevent static ignition. Make sure to shut down and disconnect the power when cleaning internal components, using specialized tools and cleaning agents.
2. Regularly lubricate and replace lubricating oil, while checking the guide rails, sliders, and bearings, and using lard for lubrication.
3. Regularly calibrate and adjust the laser cutting machine, including optical path adjustment, spot adjustment, and beam alignment.
4. Regularly check the connection of electrical equipment components such as power lines, switches, and terminals to ensure the reliability and safety of the electrical equipment.
5. The chiller needs to be filled with pure water and distilled water. Regularly replace and top up the water in the chiller. If the working environment is relatively dirty, it is recommended to replace it monthly
